HeroHunt.ai makes sending personalized messages to candidates easier by automatically generating messages including personalizations like [first name].

With HeroHunt Engage you can also automatically schedule message, create automated message sequences and send auto follow ups.

If an email address is already available for the candidate, you only have to click the profile, which opens up your autogenerated personalized message.

You can click 'Send' which will send your message directly from your own email account to the candidate's email address.

You can also copy the message so you can use the message in your own outreach platform (personal Email, LinkedIn, etc...).

To automate the sending of your messages, you can set up an Engage flow and add candidates to it so they will start receiving your messages automatically.

The template of the message determines what the autogenerated message looks like. You can change the template or create a new one by going to 'Templates' in the left navigation bar.

If the email address is not available for a candidate, you can look at other options. Those options depend on the profile and the available platform links. In some cases you can open up the LinkedIn profile and send a message there, in other cases there's a personal website available of the candidate that you can click to see if they have included information on how they prefer to be contacted.
