As of now, it is not possible to search directly for 'Open to Work' labels.

However, HeroHunt.ai takes take into account what the probability is for candidates to be open for changing jobs.

Based on our customer's experience we see that the best candidates are mostly passive candidates who are not actively looking for a job and therefore also don't have the open to work label on their profile.
