Every AI Recruiter plan includes unlimited positions and searches. One position is one role that AI Recruiter recruits for, and you can run as many as you like.
What a plan limits is two monthly allowances:
AI-screened and matched profiles: a profile counts when AI Recruiter has screened a candidate with AI, matched them to one of your positions and delivered them for you to review. Profiles it looks at but does not show you are free.
Candidate emails: an email counts when AI Recruiter finds an email address for a candidate so it can reach out. Lookups that find nothing are free.
You choose how many profiles each search should find (100 by default, up to 500). Both allowances reset on your monthly billing date (every 30 days on annual plans). On the Team plan, all users share one pool.
When an allowance is used up, your positions and candidates stay visible and outreach that is already running keeps going. New profiles or emails become available again when the allowance resets, or straight away when you upgrade your plan.
