When the search is finished, you can see in 'Change your requirements' in the screening view how the shortlisted profiles score on your requirements and which requirements they did not match on.

Based on that, you can change your description, for example by removing or deprioritizing the requirements that the profiles don't match on very well.

The previous job description will appear and you can change it and run the new search.
