How are messages (emails) sent to a candidate?

If the email address is available you only have to click the profile and hit 'Send' which sends the autogenerated personalized message.

Updated today

Uwi automatically generates and sends emails to potential candidates. Uwi finds and verifies email addresses, then generates a personalized message based on the prompts in the message and then sends the message out at the right time.

You can change the prompts here. You can write any prompt between square brackets in the template text. Uwi generates the right text based on the relevant information in the candidate’s profile and your job description and makes the best message based on your template message. Black text stays the same, but the blue text (anything you put between square brackets) will be AI generated based on that prompt.

Once you approve screened candidates, they will go through the flow. Just don't forget to put your position on 'Active', otherwise it won't send anything.

Uwi sends emails on your behalf, since she is connected to your mailbox. You will receive candidate responses in your own mail box. On the top right side you can see the sending statistics.

If the email is not found, those candidates for who there was no email found appear at the bottom of the flow so you can retarget them yourself, through for example LinkedIn based on the profile link that is given for that profile.
