How do filters work in HeroHunt.ai?

Filters in HeroHunt.ai are a powerful way to quickly get to see the right profiles, like only profiles that you haven't viewed yet.

Updated over a year ago

When your best matching candidate profiles arrived, you can apply filters in HeroHunt.ai.

You can filter for example on:

  • See all matches instead of top matches only

  • Exclude the profiles you already viewed

  • Exclude the contacted profiles you already viewed

Let's go through the given examples and what they do with your search results.

See all matches instead of top matches only

By selecting 'Show all matches' you can view all the profiles that HeroHunt.ai collected based on your search.

By default, HeroHunt.ai shows the top matches for a given search, scored and ranked by HeroHunt.ai based on the entire profile data and skills validations. But sometimes there can still be valuable candidates that are not in the top matches, for example when the profile itself has not enough data to qualify as a 'top match', but you can see with a trained eye that a candidate might be worthwhile to further research.

Exclude the profiles you already viewed

Nothing is as annoying as having to go through profiles you've already seen and screened. HeroHunt.ai automatically keeps track of the profiles you already viewed and provides a filter to exclude the profiles that you already viewed.

You can also show only the profiles you already viewed, useful for example when you want to know how many profiles you already viewed.

Exclude the contacted profiles you already viewed

Also when you contacted a profile HeroHunt.ai automatically keeps track of this. You can exclude the profiles you already contacted to prevent double outreach or you can view the contacted profiles only to follow the candidates that you reached out to.
