Let's say you're in a situation where you need to find personal email addresses only.

For this, we go into the settings within Engage and select which emails we wish to show. By doing so, we will be able to exclude work email addresses.

Then, select which emails you prefer.

With the 'Use work email' option disabled Engage will now only find and use personal email addresses and no work email addresses.
