I have subscribed and upgraded my plan but haven’t had my account put to premium

The email that you use for the subscription is the account that gets set to premium automatically.

If you don’t see your premium account activated yet after successful payment, refresh your page.

If you can't sign out because you see the 'Free trial expired' pop up, please do the following:

1. Remove your cookies and refresh the page

2. Then sign in with the account that you used to subscribe with
