Engage assists you in automatically sending personalized emails to candidates on your behalf.

When your emails are not sending in the Engage flow that you set up, you can walk throguh this

1. Engage delays emails automatically to optimise deliverability

Emails might not be sending yet because there is an intentional delay for sending the email. To prevent your emails from not being delivered Engage uses delays before sending a series of emails and uses delays between individual emails.

Please wait for about an hour. If after an hour you still don't before

2. You might have set up a delay yourself

You can schedule messages yourself by including a delay for every step in the Engage flow. See below how this works. Please check to how many days your delay is set for the message.

3. Other issues, please reach out

If the none of the above is applicable to your situation please reach out to support in the chatbot in the app and we'll assist you.
