Why messages are taking a while to send
Sending messages from Engage takes time, as HeroHunt.ai is gathering verified emails and then sending messages out in batches to prevent the messages from being undeliverable and to protect your account.
Note: Engage delays emails automatically to optimize deliverability
It's important not to send, say, 500 emails in go because this way your email account could be marked as spam. HeroHunt.ai therefore has an algorithm designed for optimal email deliverability while protecting your account for being marked as spam.
This way you can ensure you send emails to potential candidates while doing so in a way that is acceptable by email service providers.
It's possible to set delay messages too
You can also include delays by yourself. For example, you can have Engage send a message only after 3 days.
